THE CHALLENGE

Solar sales teams spend most of their day cold-dialing cold lists. Out of every 100 calls, maybe 5 turn into a real conversation, and even fewer become booked appointments. The bottleneck is human time, not closing skill. The team needed an AI voice agent that could handle the entire qualification dial layer so closers only saw appointments that were already booked and pre-qualified.

OUR APPROACH

We built an AI voice CRM where the office uploads a lead list, configures qualification criteria, and the AI agent calls each lead in parallel via Twilio. The agent uses the OpenAI Realtime API for natural conversation, qualifies on energy bill size, home ownership, and timeline, then books directly into Google Calendar or schedules a callback. Confirmed appointments trigger Gmail confirmations. The CRM dashboard surfaces qualified vs unqualified leads, full call recordings, transcripts, and conversion analytics. Multi-tenant by design so multiple solar companies can run on the same platform.

THE RESULTS

AI handles the entire cold-call funnel from raw list to booked appointment. Closers see only qualified, calendar-booked leads, eliminating the daily grind of dialing through 100 cold contacts. Conversion captured in dashboard analytics with per-agent and per-list breakdowns. The system runs autonomously: the office sets the list and qualification rules, the AI executes, the closer closes.
